HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
STEP I. Confirm Availability and Shipping Costs
Our stock on certain items changes daily, and shipping
is dependent on the total weight of your order. We
do not currently have online ordering available, so
please email
us the items that you'd like to order (including
size and color where appropriate) and we will confirm
your items are in stock and give you the total cost
for the order including shipping.
You can email your orders to monique@totaldesign.net.
PLEASE
DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENT UNTIL WE HAVE CONFIRMED YOUR
ORDER AND SHIPPING COSTS
Please note:
we will not request any personal or payment information
online. However if you prefer to check availability
& shipping by phone, please contact Monique at:
603-880-9746 (leave message).
STEP II. Pay for your order
Once we have confirmed availability and let you know
what your shipping total will be, you can submit payment
one of 2 ways:
1) By check
Mail your check (made payable to "NEBCR")

For those of you mailing checks, we will ship your
order as soon as your check has been processed. Please
don't forget to include shipping costs in your total,
and your shipping address, as omitting this information
will delay processing of your order.

Online via PayPal
Simply go to www.paypal.com
and follow the instructions to "send money."
When asked for an email address to submit your payments
to, please use NEBCRPaypal@aol.com.
Don't forget to include shipping costs in your total,
and please be sure to note your complete name &
shipping address so we can match your payment to your
order.
PayPal is secure and easy to use! And best of all,
paying through PayPal will reduce the time it takes
for us to process your order!
