Elmer

UPDATE 08/21/2023

Elmer is a very busy busy boy and would not have a chance of being worn out if not for his foster siblings. His story goes like this: his owner abandoned him outside a store front, a well meaning couple took him in but didn’t have the resources to care for him. NEBCR was contacted and the perfect foster home was found for Elmer the energizer bunny pup. He has been a lot of work trying to install an off button.

It’s no surprise Elmer has found is forever home in his foster home so only happy things from here on out!
